AGM – Delayed

Dear Members,

Due to extended maternity leave at our Club’s auditors, there has been a considerable delay in completion of the 2025 Audited Accounts.  These are now not expected to complete until next month.

This has resulted in the need to further delay the Annual General Meeting which is now likely to be arranged for end of May 2026.

ManCo is considering changes to our audit arrangements intended to allow for us to regain the normal routine and to hold future AGM’s by 31^st March each year at the latest.

We apologise for the delay and thank you for your continuing patience.
