We run junior teams at all age levels from Under 11 to Under 17, and participate in kwik cricket and softball tournaments for our youngest Under 9 players, so that every junior member has the opportunity to experience competitive match cricket at an appropriate and safe level during the season. Selection for teams is dependant on attendance at winter and summer training sessions, and the input and advice of the coaching team, Academy Chairman and team managers. There is a considerable fixture list, with games taking place between May and July.

These are small pieces of the overall ‘jigsaw’ which is how we want our junior teams to play the game as they grow up. We embed these traits early on so that we will see them become the hallmarks of the Dartford teams of the future.
